Leadership Coaching
I invite you to craft a coaching relationship with me –
directly as an individual or in support of the leaders in your organization.
Coaching provides clarity, confidence, and connection in
an unbiased and non-judgmental way.
Through coaching you discover more about yourself and insights into your interactions with others. All this is held within a confidential, objective relationship.
Typically, I’m working with those who are doing well professionally and want to push that comfort zone a bit. As you get to know more about me and my practice, you will see more about the introverted skeptics I tend to coach and how we focus their achieving success on their terms.
As a leadership coach, I provide coaching, speaking and training
on a wide range of topics including:
- Strategic Thinking
- Influencing Others
- Conscious Choices
- Self Awareness
- Strong Relationships
- Communication

There’s a rhythm and cadence to a coaching relationship. You join me in a ‘chemistry call’ to ensure we both see potential for trust and fit of needs.
In that call, we go a bit deeper into my overall philosophy about coaching conversations, use (or not) of assessments, and the ‘Arc of Coaching’ empowering you to meet your goals!

Stepping into your full potential is not for the faint of heart.
Driving for that potential pushes you beyond how you have defined your current limits. It’s hard. It’s intimidating. Sometimes, it feels like more trouble than you believe it’s worth.
I can tell you; it’s worth it.
The work includes introspection with honesty, appreciating the dynamics in your external environment, and getting crystal clear on how to maximize your impact. The benefits include manageable stress levels, increased engagement, and confidence.
Who Am I?
I am a passionate coach, an experienced facilitator, and an enthusiastic speaker. My curiosity about how things all fit together goes beyond the inner workings of people and into how they interact and influence one another.
Prior to coaching, I worked 15+ years as a Human Resources leader in a range of companies large to small and from global to local environments. The common thread was that I was a business person who happened to be in the function of HR.

Who is an Introverted Skeptic?

An introverted skeptic is one who refuels energy when alone, searches for insights beyond the obvious, and commonly has a question (or more!) available. You undoubtedly have introverted skeptics seeking development in your company and others who want to work more effectively with them. You have all the pieces and just aren’t confident in how they all fit into the final success story.
Celebrating the Introverted Skeptic!

Negotiating with Yourself
Negotiating with yourself costs you an opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders and advocates. What you believe about yourself affects how you interact with others – and how you talk to yourself. Holding your labels lightly allows you to stay curious and find ways to stretch beyond your comfort zone.
